Privacy Policy

gluee (CEO Hosung An) has adopted this policy under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act to protect users' personal information and to handle related concerns promptly.

Effective November 7, 2026

This English version is a translation for your convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.

1. Purpose

  • We use personal information only to review and reply to inquiries sent through the website's contact form.
  • We do not use it for any other purpose, and we will ask for your consent in advance if the purpose changes.

2. Information we process

  • Required: name, email
  • Optional: company or organization, phone number, your message and the options you select
  • Collected automatically: to prevent a flood of inquiries from one place, we keep a value made by mixing your IP address with that day's date so that it cannot be identified. We do not store the IP address itself.

3. Retention period

  • Inquiries are deleted one year after they have been handled.
  • If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will do so right away.

4. How we destroy information

  • Personal information whose retention period has ended or whose purpose has been fulfilled is deleted from the database without delay so that it cannot be recovered.
  • We do not print inquiries or keep them on paper.

5. Provision to third parties

  • We do not provide personal information to anyone else, except when required by law.

6. Outsourcing and overseas transfer

  • We entrust the operation of the website and the inquiry database to the company below, and personal information is transferred overseas in the process.

7. Your rights and how to exercise them

  • You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop its processing.
  • Send your request by email (hello@gluee.art) or phone (+82 10-4410-7783) and we will handle it without delay. You may also make a request through a representative.

8. Security measures

  • The admin screen for viewing inquiries is password-protected, and access is temporarily blocked after repeated wrong passwords.
  • Only the CEO has admin access.
  • All communication is encrypted with HTTPS.
  • We do not store raw IP addresses, and we delete inquiries once their retention period ends.

9. Cookies and visit statistics

  • We do not use cookies that track visitors.
  • To see how often each page is opened, we record the page address and title, the name of the site you came from, whether you use a phone or a computer, and the date. To count the same device on the same day as one visitor, we use a value made by mixing your IP address and browser information with that day's date; the value changes the next day, so you cannot be identified. These records are deleted after 400 days.
  • The language you choose on the home page (Korean or English) is stored only in this device's browser so that we don't ask again on your next visit. It is not sent to our server.
  • If you play a YouTube video on this website, YouTube (Google) may use cookies under its own policies.
